ABout a decade behind in technology and Quality standards. Everything is manual even though they attempt and want to be better than the competition. They insist on taking years to development their own technology that is obsolete by the time it's implemented. Technology is put in place that slows down the over-all production process, increase other errors while reducing only one type of error (if it works). Managers push for more production but never actually give you tools to do so.
