I have worked at many companies over the years and they all have had their pros and cons. But please listen I tell you that this was the WORST experience I have ever had. The managers and functional managers do everything in their power to belittle you as a person, belittle your work, and make you feel like a piece of garbage. ZERO training. ZERO respect. If you tried to professionally stick up for yourself, you were made out to be a crazy and over dramatic employee. People drop like flies there and do not last more than a year at most. It affected my home life and my relationships with my family to the point where they could hardly stand it themselves. Luckily, I was able to find something else and was able to get out. ZERO work life balance. You were expected to attend meetings and reply to emails while away on vacation with your family.

Some people are under a lot of pressure in terms of results etc and they could do with extra support to help them to achieve their goal. An early finish on a Friday would be a nice touch for staff who are on shift. Otherwise this company has been very good to me and I can not complain.
