Pros
I like Grifols mainly because every day you know that you are part of something much bigger. The company is only here in Ireland a few years so if you show commitment and potential you can move up the ladder easily. It took the company some time to understand the culture in Ireland and I think they are starting to move along nicely now to the people's demands. The building is state of the art and always very warm. The people are very friendly and that helps a lot. In terms of salary Grifols pay pretty well and as I said as the company continues to grow so will you.
Cons
Some people are under a lot of pressure in terms of results etc and they could do with extra support to help them to achieve their goal. An early finish on a Friday would be a nice touch for staff who are on shift. Otherwise this company has been very good to me and I can not complain.
