Pros

Work life balance is excellent and everyone is kind and caring. The companies mission to help patients is strongly embedded in the culture and everyone is willing to pitch in. Lots of charity events such as 10k Runs to raise awareness or Habitats for Humanity. Employees are encouraged to give back to their communities and leadership is supportive of these activities. Company has a great mission, employees are proud to work here and help those in need. Benefits are excellent, PTO is above average and accrues very quickly after your second year.

Cons

Foreign company managed from afar, so changes happen frequently. Some changes made seem out of touch due to management being in a different country with different culture. Otherwise, there's not much to complain about

Pros

Multinational experience on the CV. In a very profitable industry.

Cons

Essentially a family business but pretends to be a multinational. Progression is based on either who you know or how lucky you are, and Spanish are the "Best". Culture is one of the worst I've ever seen. Recruitment and retention are difficult. Treat staff like children and think they are the adults in the family. Pay absolutely no attention to staff's professional development, so called "training" is laughable to say the least. SOPs are for the record, the "Spanish way" is always the best and should be followed until something goes wrong, then it is "your fault" because the SOP is not followed. A company still lives in the 70's and the 80's. The only reason it is "successful" is because of the industry.
