      Pros

      Great bennefits, flexible, great people all around. It has very interesting projects with big compannies and lots of technologies. Its very easy to progress and have a lot of projects with the option to opt out and ask for a new one at any time

      Cons

      Everything dependes heavily on the project you are in, some are not as flexible or have bad tech stack. Salary raises are rare and you have to ask for them often.
