Pros
The people are really nice, and you can find great professionals around. The environment is awesome and you have a lot of freedom if you are responsible of your work. Tools are great, and the technology is pretty cuttiong edge. The office is new and very spacious, and from time to time we go out after office hours.
Cons
Sometimes the organization is a little bit hard to handle. Projects can be pretty chaotic, and you have to be really focused to do your job, despite the not pretty clear instructions around. And for some clients, the cross browsing compatibility, force the team to lower down the technology spectations. This can be really frustrating.
