Pros
It's a very good work environment, with very interesting projects and clients. I feel there are plenty of oportunities working there. You can work from home sometimes.
Cons
Depending on the project you could have to work on site. Some projects or clients have stricter rules. I think it's not a good place if you are not interested in technology and you are not eager to learn new technologies.
