      Leading edge of technology. Excellent place to begin your career. Fantastic learning experience.

      Little respect from bosses reflected on low pay (below market average), poor hours, and basically not listening to employees needs.

      Good place to learn teamwork, and agile-related tools and techniques

      Cons

      Poor salary. Poor rotation (if you got in a EA project, they keep assigning you to EA projects). No Work from Home on important clients projects (slap in the face for skillfull devs). The framework for a career plan inside this company is only good for non technical jobs.... mainly managment hhrr and pprr

      Very good place to start your carrier because you will work with latest technologies.

      Cons

      It is impossible to grow up. You can do your best effort but anyway you are not going to get better salary or better position. I saw many excelent professionals going out because of this. They every time promise you promotions for next month but never comes
