      the workplace mood is great, the coworkers are very friendly. The office has everything an employee needs to work comfortably

      Cons

      The company tries to sell first to the customer and then check to the team if it's possible to do or not. Bad Management.

      None that I can remember really

      Very low salary (not even updated according to inflation rate) No benefits Most of the projects really sucks. Clients are starting to notice this, and are looking somewhere else Complete lack of career development Absolutely no training at all, except for stupid internal courses. Managers are the worst, I honestly don't know where they come from.

      Salaries are very low. Benefits are pathetic. They do not have a clue how to recruit. They just bring you to the company to fill a hot spot then they laid you off. Managers do not know how to run a company in the USA They do not have a clue how to work with american (this is why the have more employees with VIsa). They do not have integrity!
