      Pros

      Great place to work, really nice labor environment and really professional people to work with. It's really an important step into any professional career for those seeking growth.

      Cons

      Depending on the project you are assigned to it's common that maybe your team is based in other locations. Anyway, I've learnt a lot that way and is something nowadays I'm quite used to.

      Pros

      You will work with a wide range of the projects, different people and even roles. Which in my case is great, I got bored easily and I like trying new technologies and learning stuff

      Cons

      If you want to grow there's noone to help you, it's every man for himself. You should go and try to "sell everything" to the client to grab some visibility to the company "hights"
