      Pros

      Argentinians are quite warm people and as a company with argentine's roots the social aspect of it is very different than from americans or europeans companies. I would said is the best work/life balanced company. A place where you can be fully 100% yourself and uniqueness is recognized.

      Cons

      Internal apps are not that good and processes could be a little messy sometimes.

      They don't chase you as long as their clients don't complain about you

      Cons

      Managers don't care about their employees, just about their clients. Communication is tough, people's demands are not attended. They don't pay attention to the typical worker's benefits in Spain. There is no place to grow and renegotiation is almost impossible once you accepted the offer.

      Salary package acceptable. Awesome work time balance Interesting and global projects Travel overseas and good remote option benefits

      Cons

      Globant try to be nice and hire different people even people with no experience on IT, these resources make all difficult and create toxic environment due their lack of knowledge and sometimes contribute to loose clients.
