      Pros

      Great laboral climate, culture, diversity. Great opportunities to work for interesting companies all over the world interacting with different cultures, which is really enriching. Continuous training provided by the company.

      Cons

      Opportunities depends on the project/team/region you work for. You could stay for a long time in a not interesting project or get lucky and be involved in exciting initiatives. Promotions depends not only on skills development but on your opportunities and how close you are to some key people (and it is not controlled by yourself value).
