      this company really cares about its people, and their development, they will provide everything needed for you to improve and get to where you want to be from the knowledge point of view, they have a myriad of learning resources

      Cons

      it's not my case so I would take this with a pinch of salt: I've heard that people in more junior engineering roles have a hard time getting up the ladder, and this can become frustrating sometimes

      There are always many opportunities to learn and work in different industries, providing value based on what each client needs. The talent and peers are awesome!

      Cons

      There is still no Globant-style office in Barcelona and that makes it difficult to have the same team spirit and feeling as in other sites. You can't enjoy the perks of being a day-to-day Glober.
