      GV Air is in year 2 of production

      Pros

      Great company!! Management truly cares for employees, yet is not overbearing on specifics. Jobs are handed out, and we're allowed to complete them without scrutiny. As a pilot, some companies can push the boundaries of flight/rest time. GEOMNI management allows the pilots to manage their own schedules, under the requirements of the specific job. Day to day operations are not nit-picked. As someone who's just scratching at management- it is nice to be trusted with projects involving multiple aircraft and personnel.

      Cons

      GV Air is in year 2 of operation/production. The company has been a bit slow to produce (from a military term) TTP, or Tactics, Training, and Procedures. The OPS manual has just been released, and internal training has just begun. Up until this point- corporate management HAS been receptive and available to answer questions/concerns which could've been answered in an OPS manual.

      Great place to grow in your career

      Pros

      I've been lucky to have the ability to grow my career here at Geomni. One of the sayings here is "Do your current job well." That is one of the things that is really present here. If you do your job well, you will be rewarded with opportunities to succeed.

      Cons

      For those who are ambitious like myself, i would love for the opportunity to have a chance to sit down with upper management and figure out a detailed career path. With Geomni being a rapidly growing company, it would be nice to see where i can plug myself into the long term equation.
