-Great Team Environment. -Flexible work schedule. -Opportunities to work in high-level projects with renown companies. -Good work-life balance. -Great office with good equipment and lots of natural light. -Employees can easily communicate with higher levels of the organization, open-door policy.

Cons

-Very few training opportunities inside the company and no budget for employees to take external training. -Almost no travel in work opportunities.
