Pros

There are still some very good technical people here. Good colleague atmosphere.

Cons

New hirings definitely mixed bag. Shift has changed from valuing employees to distrusting them. Economic situation is used to justify low salaries despite company's good performance. Management thinks it's cleverer than their employees and is not honest with them.

They promise and they fail

Pros

Interesting projects and mentality of a small business. Slow-paced workflow makes things easier. Coworkers are awesome.

Cons

All the promises they give you when you join them dissapear across your path in the company (remote working, fast career progress). They are becoming a big consultant, with high rotation of skilled professionals and a complete mess of organization when talking about working procedures. Tres Cantos HQ are old and makes you depressed. Salary is just a joke. People with 10 years of experience are earning what others in other companies in just 2. Run away.
