It's Ok I guess

Pros

I worked at Skysoft in Lisbon, the pros are pretty much what you'd expect, some schedule flexibility, and you usually get to travel to talk to clients and implement solutions at destination.

Cons

No real formation plan, as a consulting company, I worked on wildly different projects with different wildly different stacks, from embeded software to web development, so no real chance to learn and specialize in specific areas. This may have been more of a problem born of me presenting myself as being available, but 80% of my time there I did way more than 8 hours a day, and ended up burning myself out.

Cons

The lack of values on some employees and how they are allowed to have an hierarchical power over you (depends on the department, some are more mindful) is shocking.
