Pros
The people are great and you have the possibility to learn a lot from the collegues. It's a great place to start if you are planning to continue in the same field (changing company). The best thing is ambiance even if it has been deteriorating in these last years.
Cons
The salary is low, you have to feeling to be a number and not a person. Depending on the boss it can be hell. It's not the right place if you do not want to work a lot, sometimes it can be hard and very stressful
