      Pros

      Good place to learn and get experience in big systems, Flexible schedule. Good if you want a relaxed job where you go just to get money and be fine. Not the place where an ambitious person will achieve his/her goals.

      Cons

      Base salary use to be the same to everybody. If you have some experience it is to low. Time spent at your chair > meritocracy High rotation Short social extras such as restaurant tickets, insurances or studies..

      Interesting projects, friendly coworkers and managers, good working conditions, good environment for learning fast

      Cons

      The salary is somewhat low given that they tend to hire very smart people and consecuently the turnover of staff is quite high.

      Pros

      Young people company, gender diversity, relatively high responsibility in junior roles (because senior people tend to leave), good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Hopeless management, very political in terms of promotion, salaries too low to attract more experienced people, high promises in proposals with not so good execution track record. Full team left because of disputes in higher management. Some people work long hours without actually doing much.
