*Working with cool technologies, space, gnss, self-driving cars protects *Flexibility to move between projects *Enough pressure to make you develop but not to much to burn you out *Working with modern IT technologies and not legacy IT like some other companies in industrial applications do *Teleworking, cool offices and this typical things

*Salary is low, although I think this is a Spanish question, not of GMV.

- Good environment to have a first job experience - Very nice people. It's like a family. - Internal sport competitions and other good team building initiatives

Cons

- Salary is not very competitive when you have some years of experience - Depends of the project, it can be boring or not very challenging - Not very experienced with Agile methodologies (maybe they've improved)
