Pros

Mostly friendly colleagues/peers. New office is basic and is already falling apart in some places, however it's a decent accessible location.

Cons

Hierarchy opinions matter over those beneath. When assigned to a project on client site, you may be working with unprofessional leadership and unfortunately this was the case with my experience via the persons verbal conduct.

Well it has many benefices for her employees

It is a bad desing company they offer scrum methodology but they don't know what really is this one, also this company is bad in term of technical debt , they don't understand about good practices, also it is more important in all moment the clients that the team, they don't care if the people are motivated or not. they hire stupid people and they don't care about quality for me is the worse company that i have ever
