      1. If you're a senior member of management, you're golden! 2. Leaving will be the wisest decision you make

      where to begin... 1. Terrible pay - easily 25-30% lower salary than market competitors. 2. Management does.not.communicate.period. 3. Abysmal benefits package 4. Career progression - basically non-existent. Management will always find a reason to not promote you or focus on a singular situation/incident/mistake and use it as a reason to not promote or increase base pay 5. Purchase of Rule Financial and subsequent integration was poorly managed. 6. Management has done a fine job of running off valuable team members. getting tired of typing....this should be plenty
