      Pros

      Interesting projects, international teams, lots of smart people who builds internal community, good work environment. Medical package (also for family). Well location located offices.

      Cons

      Very limited salary increase ability, everything is very slowly answered to any requests, nothing is done for worker, unclear appraisal process. Change project is very hard.

      International environment: challenging and amazing, in the right team, for a first employment as developer

      I joined to GFT after two acquisition: as internal technical staff/team I had no great chance to grow and increase my knowledge. The locality of my branch office hadn't aided: I had not opportunity to change (internal recruitment are not aware for relocation opportunities)
