      -Quality of life as you can live in Spain?

      Cons

      -They will explore you when they make a offer salary (do not accept less that you really need) -They offer trainnings for you, with internal employees, with no experience as instructors. -They are hiring a lot of foreign people with lower salary

      GFT is a "global" organization, you can't expect order at the local offices You are just a number, you can't expect any kind of recognition This is a Consulting firm. Be aware of the local reality. Check how many project are running in your expertise area
