Pros

There are no pros here. I have always liked working here but the last few years have not been as good.

Cons

Fujitsu sent out pay rises this week....they are in fact pay decreases. They changed everyone's hours to 38 at tbe same time. My hourly rate went down ! Disgusting Fujitsu. Do you understand the damage you have done to the relationship with your employees?.

Pros

There is a nice coffee machine but the lady supposed to introduce to the coffee machine no longer work there.

Cons

The mid level managers are good for talking and self caring by nature. The upper level management is like, denial-of-services attack in IT terminology. Everything goes to upper management and stay there forever. Upper management made no decision in past 20 years. To make matters worse management doesn't participate new business opportunities in Australia. The architects and senior engineers pretend that they are the best but the bottom feeder is over worked with under pay. SDMs are good for youtube surfing and waits for customer's KO emails then wake-up and panic rather than proactive to resolve any issues. Company culture is not to act rather than re-act when things happen I have serious doubt that this Japanese company understand the gravity of situation until they become sushi sales expert

Pros

Joined on Grad scheme - start of my career with a major company work/life balance is good with opportunity to work from home Great people to directly work with

Cons

Up for redundancy when still on the grad scheme is inexcusable and should not be hiring junior people. micro management from senior members fed down the chain makes you feel small and incapable.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are happy to hear that you approve of our flexible working policy and work/life balance. As within any large, international organization going through change, we realize that we ask our employees for quite some flexibility. We are trying to make all processes as smooth as possible and we like to think that we’ve already taken important steps towards improvement and will continue to do so. Thank you again for this valuable feedback and know we will take it into account.
