The number 31 on the vending machine gave free chocolate

Cons

First of all the place is absolutely minging! People are dirty, dirt all on the computers and desks no one cleans! Then shifts 7 days straight in a row, minimum! You’d be lucky to ever get a weekend off at all in that place. Can never make plans in your personal life if you work there you will spend your whole life in that place. Do NOT work here whatever you do!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Since you have posted this review there has been a number of changes around scheduling as it’s an area that has developed as the site has grown, schedules are continually reviewed based on staff feedback. In regards to the cleanliness, this was largely due to the speed in which the staffing levels in the building increased. This has also since been addressed with the 3rd party cleaning contractor. Unfortunately #31 has been fixed :(

With my particular campaign I was never sent to another campaign so almost 2 years on the same one Great attendance credit/occurrence removal if perfect attendance for 30 days Benefits are decent although a bit high for the pay rate

Cons

Not enough pay/Pay cap @ $10.50/hr Not enough room for advancement Favoritism occasionally Coaches/Management not always honest with you

Bonuses and prizes for meeting sales goals, a lot of coaching and training, long training period and opportunity to learn

Cons

Super sales focused, even though I was hired to work in tech support - it was not about solving tech issues only about sales
