Pros

Great group of people, great training period. Decent pay for a call centre and lots of opportunity to move up

Cons

Like a lot of call centres, it didn't stay open long. Needed thick skin because most of the time customers called unhappy about sometging

Full time work and scheduling.

Cons

Pay freeze with possible management embezzlement being the reason. Extreme low pay. Coaches lazy and many haven't taken calls in years so they are very uninformed , a lot of them into drugs. Upper management never on the floor unless to scream at agents. Extreme favoritism by management. Filthy working conditions. The day shift schedule was the only reason I put up with the place for five long years.
