Pros

Competitive and rewarding compensation Professional and structured working environment Opportunity to work on large, real-world enterprise security projects Great colleagues — highly skilled, supportive, and collaborative Strong friendships and professional relationships built across teams Good exposure to data security concepts and customer-facing experience

Cons

The company has taken a very focused strategic direction around DLP and DSPM, which means a lot of emphasis is placed on a single core portfolio In a rapidly evolving cybersecurity/SASE market, a more diversified product strategy could help reduce risk and offer greater flexibility.

Pros

The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, warm, and genuinely one of a kind. You really feel comfortable working with them. The commission is fairly good

Cons

There is excessive micromanagement, especially around attendance and office presence, with focus on things that have nothing to do with actual performance or work quality. • Hiring decisions are sometimes based on personal connections rather than qualifications, bringing in people who are not fully qualified just because they are easy to manage. Authority is then imposed on teams through these hires to maintain control. • The company lacks a clear roadmap and long-term vision, which creates confusion and uncertainty for employees. • Overall, the environment no longer feels fun or inspiring to work in mandatory, adding pressure without clear benefits. • Unfortunately, the company feels like it’s heading in the wrong direction, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others at this stage.
