In the past few years, Forcepoint has grown tremendously with acquisition of various products. In the wide field of data security, it has shifted the focus to DLP. We have a real good set of products focusing on DLP like DLP (cloud/on-prem), DSPM etc and it should continue. There are different engineering teams focusing on different products along with a single SRE team. With an expanding set of products, the SRE team is growing as well and laying the foundation for SRE practices, including production readiness, reliability, observability etc. It’s an evolving effort with plenty of opportunity for further improvement. Great Company culture. No blame game. Managers are very supportive. Based on your location, you can work hybrid or remote which is rare these days.

Cons

There is room to improve how salaries are determined, with more emphasis on skills and contributions rather than solely on designations.
