Pros
Streamlining from reorganization to increase EBITDA puts the company's financials in a better light and enables the company to execute strategy in a 'leaner' and faster mode, hopefully. Great place to develop a career if one could align with the overall organizations goals. Innovation to some degree that demonstrates thought leadership within the Infosec space.
Cons
Recent acquisition from a private equity firm has incited unrest among employees with uncertainties in multiple levels. Hard to project job stability even for the next year. Compensation could be a little more competitive considering what a hot space the company is in right now. Balanced work - personal life has the potential to breed complacency and I believe this is something the reorganization is trying to fix (former is fine, latter should be avoided)
