      Pros

      Websense is a solid company with an ability to weather even hard economic times. Anyone looking for a company that isn't going anywhere any time soon will likely find that in Websense.

      Cons

      As a rapidly growing company with offices around the world, sometimes the individual employees start to become nothing more than the service they can provide the company. This isn't a problem faced only by Websense, but one that does plague them like it does many other fast-growing companies.

      Pros

      The flexible schedule was nice. They do the little things like buying bagels for the whole office every Friday or having office outings and get-togethers.

      Cons

      My only criticism would be the strict time card monitoring. Despite being a generous organization, they really watch the clock on their people.

      Sales Management-Political. You need to stroke Management Ego's in order to stay on their good side. Sales Engineers...for the most part...are presumptuous and unwilling to teach
