      Pros

      The people including the executives are all very approachable and are on the whole reasonable. They have some good products and good engineers thinking about where the industry is heading.

      Cons

      After the acquisition by a Private Equity company, many of the executives left. The company was delisted eliminating the ESPP and stock options.

      gave me good experience, had a fun sales culture for a little while before Didier came on board, stock purchase plan worked well for a while

      became very micro, pay was below market unless you came from Blue Coat,

      The company offers very good products, very good business tools, excellent communications and intranet tools.

      Cons

      You are as good as your last month result. Previous months nobody remembers. The company is focused on sales result only. Good company to work for if you are a good sales beast.
