Get to work for the "good guys." Protecting against cyber crimine. Great opportunities, great people, great attitudes, great pay. A company that cares about it's employees.

Cons

Might create a bit of fluff around your mid section, if you're used to moving around all day!!

Amazing colleagues, atmosphere and culture. Very team oriented and close-knit group of workers. The sky is the limit at Websense--they promote from within and there are plenty of opportunities to move up. Management is extremely helpful and supportive, wanting you to grow and learn as opposed to creating a cut throat boiler room-like environment. They also offer competitive benefits as well as pay.
