      Good benefits but problems elsewhere.

      Pros

      Good benefits package including good pay, health and pension match. Additional education supported. Flexible hybrid working with 2 – 3 days in office required. Colleagues are skilled, supportive and helpful. Central location in Cork but limited parking. Good social club sponsored by the company.

      Cons

      Company not doing well financially. Many changes in senior management in the last year including CEO, CFO. Some of the products are old with lots of out of date code. Private equity owners are not in it for the long term, limited investment in company systems and R&D. Multiple redundancies over the time I was there often with no clear reason. When you are surplus you will be laid off.
