Zero pros—none. 10+ years in the industry, and now I see this was the wrong move.

Cons

This place fails at everything—collaboration, customer focus, teamwork, you name it. You’re clueless about how much your employees hate it here. The only reason they stay? Life obligations, not passion for this company.
