Too many bad or ineffectual managers that you should run from for your career's sake. - This company started out a little directionless but throughout his tenure, the CEO has really enforced his vision without properly supporting the product infrastructure and support teams. -Product has problem upon problem. It's never an easy installation process and it can feel like there is no end in sight for problems once you start encountering them. -HR is pretty ineffective.
