      Worker bees. That is all.

      Cons

      This place sucks and was the worst experience in my professional career. Heavily relied on sales goals that was never attainable. Too much turnover, too political, no work-life balance, terrible and disrespectful middle management, unrealistic expectations, no WFH. Reduction of benefits, Layoffs. TERRIBLE work culture.

      So much potential, so little focus on people

      A few smart, sharp, compassionate leaders

      Cons

      Too much focus on pleasing the CEO. Too much politics. Too many leadership types only interested in their self interests who make people feel like replaceable parts. Very poor communication from leadership. People aren’t staying. There are so many good people leaving all over the company. Every week is more and more going away party invitations.

      Well, they do provide a paycheck twice a month

      Unfortunately, the Forcepoint product portfolio is just not competitive in the marketplace today. Their largest revenue is from on-prem web proxy's -- which for customers moving to the cloud, are not really required -- or even if they are, can be consolidated on the NGFW. Aside from Web proxy, all the other FP technologies are 6th, or 5th place in their respective market categories at best!
