Pros

Nice lifestyle in Austin. good location. Good size company. Cybersecurity is in demand

Cons

Dysfunctional senior management. The company is being run by arrogant engineering leaders. Forcepoint is not looking at what's really happening out there, twisting market and facts into a self-fulfilling vision while downplaying competitors like ZScaler, Palo or Crowdstrike, with real eco systems and growing faster

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience here at Forcepoint. We agree that Cybersecurity is in demand and we are very excited about our unique “Human Centric” approach that is leading the way in converged security. This strategy, along with the new products we’re launching this year are what set us apart from our competitors. We’re surprised and concerned to see the comments about our leadership team as we’ve worked hard to put together some of the strongest players in the industry. But we are continuously focusing on improvement. We encourage you to connect with your HR Business Partner to share your ideas for how we can improve. If you are unsure of who that is you can email Ask-HR@Forcepoint.com.

Pros

some opportunities to touch cool tech... if you're on the right team

Cons

politics, egos, "leaders" trying to create small empires that prevent proper collaboration. horrible C level with communication and direction, good staff leaving on weekly basis, morale is really low in US.

Pros

There are some very good people trying to do the right things here.

Cons

Where do I start. C-level Executives seem to be a revolving door, except for the CEO, I wonder why? The benefits are terrible. The first line SE management is ineffective because the top line SE management is sorely under experienced and not effective. WW SE management pays too much attention to Europe and not enough to the North America team. Performance goals are not individually assigned and therefore not relevant and are of no value to the employees job. Executive Sales management for commercial has an unrealistic view of how to motivate. There are two products that are worth while, the others are just place holders that can't really compete with the industry. Constant change in focus and strategy. Training really needs to be better staffed and run. Overall a pretty disappointing experience.
