      Good compensation and benefits. Opportunity for travel and new experiences.

      Cons

      Away from home most of the time. Construction work is often unstable.

      Pros

      Senior engineers are great mentors. Fluor procedures are outstanding.

      Cons

      The only downside with Fluor is that compensation is based on number of years of experience, instead of performance. People doing an excellent job unfortunately gets paid the same as a guy who sleeps in meeting and does absolutely nothing.
