      Great Company

      Pros

      - Nice working environment - Good salary - Good overall compensation such as allowances for transportation, rice, etc. - Flexible time to report to office (6:30AM to 8:00AM) - Compressed work week which allows an alternate Friday off.

      Cons

      - Salary increase takes a long time. In my experience, several years, no increase despite having great evaluation from leads. - Some benefits were removed such as educational assistance.

      If you enjoy the challenge of EPCM, Fluor is a great place to work.

      Pros

      Senior engineers are great mentors. Fluor procedures are outstanding.

      Cons

      The only downside with Fluor is that compensation is based on number of years of experience, instead of performance. People doing an excellent job unfortunately gets paid the same as a guy who sleeps in meeting and does absolutely nothing.
