Business Outlook
Pros
The team that I worked with was the best. Big team working to cover regions of the country. During the busy time of the year hundreds of calls would be handled and team worked together to get them all taken care of, including managers they would jump in the phone queue and help.
Cons
The only down side I experienced was just how busy it was at the start of the pandemic. But it was difficult everywhere as managers and teams were learning to come together.
