      Unhealthy workplace - stay away

      Pros

      The office is comfortable. They paid for all the equipment and provided free snacks and drinks daily.

      Cons

      The product is extremely buggy and purposeless. The managers do not have a clear idea of what to do with the company and instead of protecting their team members, they work hard to harass, micromanage and intimidate them. Many of my former colleagues left with burnout and were treated extremely badly. The customers are constantly complaining and it is a hell of a toxic work environment. A lot of pressure is put into the workers for nothing. My advice is to stay away.

      Goals constantly changing Picky and pedantic team lead that is too cowardly to communicate effectively Boring people Have to buy your own food and drink for after works.

      Pros

      Immediate coworkers are great and you receive your salary in time.

      Cons

      The company is a mess. Toxic workplace due to egoistic and manipulating management as others have already mentioned. Top level ignores the reality, suggestions for improvement and refuses to hire a HR manager, despite the high turnover. Reckless growth strategy and no freedom or empowerment to own your portfolio. Don't believe the start-up culture they are trying to sell, save your mental health.
