      -- Full time work from home -- Flexible shift -- Decent pay with incentives, bonus, system to work etc -- Good work enviornment even if online

      Cons

      -- Since work from home, bit hard for the meetups. -- Although shift is flexible sometimes need to do overtime work as we are in our home, and we will somehow sit for the overtime.

      Fully remote work Flexible working hours Good PTO program Good quality hardware provided according to your role in the company

      Cons

      Bureaucracy is growing as the company grows. Some things considered perks on the jobs page of the company never really happen (like annual in-person meetups) Some managers in the company (it's an exception, not a rule), puts a lot of pressure on their team, and can easily burn out their employees.
