      Pros

      I really love the FileCloud culture. Everyone knows everyone. And you can reach out to anyone without any hesitations including the higher management.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything right now, Well, one thing only comes to mind, but I'm not sure if this could even be considered as a "Cons", FileCloud is still young compared to other companies like Microsoft, Citrix, etc, but in terms of product I think we are at par with those giants.

      I had a great manager, and the team was close-knit.

      Cons

      The company got funding, and my old team isn't there anymore, so the experience may be different now.

      Pros

      I have been with FileCloud for less than 1 year, and my experience has been incredibly positive. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment where every team member's input is valued. FileCloud is a fantastic place to work, grow, and thrive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rewarding career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

      Cons

      At the moment, I do not see any downsides to working with FileCloud or any areas that need improvement.
