      As the company scales some resources are maximized and doing multiple tasks which at times leads to a lack of focus on important functions.

      One of the best companies that I worked with!

      Pros

      I really love the FileCloud culture. Everyone knows everyone. And you can reach out to anyone without any hesitations including the higher management.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything right now, Well, one thing only comes to mind, but I'm not sure if this could even be considered as a "Cons", FileCloud is still young compared to other companies like Microsoft, Citrix, etc, but in terms of product I think we are at par with those giants.
