Zero job security. Horrible management.

Remote. Nothing else. Really nothing.

Cons

Long work hours. You might have to be available from 11 am till 11pm. No team building. Team Communication issues. High management doesn't mind about what happens at low level employees and team. All they want is deliverable on time. But no guidance in job. No feedback, no constructive feedback. They really do not bother or care about employee's mental or physical health.

The team is close and friendly even though this is a remote company. The management is responsive to the needs and feedback of the employees. There is a clear company culture that is positive and everyone seems happy with their jobs.
