      I have been working here for around 5 years and i am happy than ever!! 1) Employee friendly 2) Recognition to the employees 3) Flexible working hours 4) You will never run out of challenges which will help you grow more 5) Freedom on work 6) Good perks and benefits

      One of the best companies I've worked at

      Pros

      Everyone at FileCloud is friendly helpful and always ready to help when needed. I feel appreciated and that my job matters. There's room to grow, with encouragement and support from the leaderships to expand knowledge and skills. Good bonuses and benefits. Full remote company with great culture and diversity.

      Cons

      Maybe right now, only some uncertainty of a company starting a new process of growth.

      * Company is doing well and growing, and everyone benefits * Lots of interesting challenges and opportunities to to work with the latest technologies * Good bonuses and benefits * Positive, supportive management and coworkers * Fully remote company; always work from home * Great company culture

      * Deadlines can be demanding * Company is going through a lot of growth, so there are unknowns about roles and projects
