      - Some missing process definitions and standardizations although company is in a growing path working to formalize processes.

      One of the best companies I've worked at

      Pros

      Everyone at FileCloud is friendly helpful and always ready to help when needed. I feel appreciated and that my job matters. There's room to grow, with encouragement and support from the leaderships to expand knowledge and skills. Good bonuses and benefits. Full remote company with great culture and diversity.

      Cons

      Maybe right now, only some uncertainty of a company starting a new process of growth.
