      Pros

      Working at FileCloud gives you the opportunity to be creative in sharing your ideas in the comfort of your home. You get to have the opportunity to learn about new technologies, share diverse cultural experiences with your colleagues, and also learn to hone your skillset based on your role. They encourage continuous learning throughout your entire career, and also make sure you get all the necessary equipment you need to effectively deliver your tasks.

      Cons

      This is not just a challenge within the organization but in a work-from-home industry in general: communication delays. Compared to working in a face-to-face environment wherein you get to interact with people and get all the information you need immediately, working remotely has some challenges in slight delays in responses. But because of the vast resources available, getting any info or help you need is a breeze.
