Pros

Overall satisfaction rate for all my batch mates was good.

Cons

focus on freshers is not there - Fresher should be given newer technologies and help should be provided to them so that they become asset to the IT industries. HR should pitch in more to see if Freshers are given right opportunities or not. HR should talk to each Fresher individually to understand his/her interest. worst part is most of us in our batch were put in areas where they didn't like to work but as it was our first company no one objected it because of obvious reasons.

Pros

Benefits are top notch, there are few that can beat them. The number of days of is crazy compared to most other companies. All technologists are eligible for a bonus. The pay is good. Depending on the business unit you end up in will determine your work load and the type of work you will be doing. Flat company structure.

Cons

They try to pass themselves off as a technology company that happens to be in finance, for the most part they try quite hard to maintain this image. Unfortunately, they, like all other companies in the finance field, always seem to slow try something new. Managers are overloaded with work and meetings, making them hard to reach and at times completely out of the loop, this also causes problems with guidance, and mentorship.
